Product
All finishing is marketed by Arthanadi Handicraft made with standard quality-assured.

Assurance
Arthanadi Handicraft products warrant the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 week after the date of purchase. We will replace or repair the item if found defective products that we send.

Drinks booking
There are currently no enforced minimum order.

Prices & Discounts
Prices are subject to change without prior notice fox. Prices on the website is the final price that you can from us. We will enforce pemensanan discounts for large quantities. Please contact us for further ketrangan.

Delivery
Delivery time is 1-3 days after confirmation of the booking. All shipping costs, including duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyers have the option to specify a delivery service that will be used, or at the request of the buyer, we will use a courier service that we use.

Cancellation
Cancellations can be made prior to shipment, or in a large number of cancellations can not be done when it has fallen at the time of production.

Payment
Payment can be made via the 3 way, we offer three payment options :

For large orders subject to 50% deposit upon confirmation of reservation.
For bulk orders Letter of Credit will be issued if you ask. Please for the maintenance.
For bookings of less than 5 million can be done online or through email correspondence and payment can be done through the banks listed in the email notification from us.
The payment system for online booking inquiry system is the basis, the cost of shipping will inform later after you make the order.
